Pricing is per provider and scales with the modules you run. It is quoted against your actual provider count, locations, and specialty mix rather than published as a single list rate, because a two-provider practice and a forty-provider oncology group are not the same product footprint.

Is implementation included in the subscription?

What contract term do you require?

Standard agreements run annually with multi-year options. We will walk through the full terms during evaluation — including what happens to your data if you leave — before you are asked to sign anything.

We maintain direct connections and clearinghouse routes across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers, and operate our own EDI switch. If you have an unusual payer mix, raise it during evaluation and we will confirm coverage specifically.
